Terms
Payment:
An animal will be held for 7 days with no payment required.
An animal will be held for 30 days with 25% non-refundable deposit.
Payment in full due at the end of 30 days.
Payment needs to be made via paypal, USPS money order or cashier’s check in USD.
We now accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit card payments.
Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee.
*Deposits and cancellation fees waived if we are unable to provide the animal.
Shipping:
We use Ship Your Reptiles. Unsure what shipping costs? Give us your zip code, and the number of animals you want, and we can look it up for you, or you can look up a quote yourself on their site.
Shipping costs are not refundable
You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
We reserve the right to hold shipping if for any reason the health of the gecko may be compromised including:
- Age/weight of the animal-no leo under 10g will be shipped
- Weather conditions
**We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico
Guarantees:
We guarantee that our animals are healthy and eating at the time they are shipped
We can only guarantee the sex of our animals if marked as visually sexed
We guarantee that the animals are accurately represented to the best of our ability in our listings
We do not guarantee live arrival of animals if requesting shipped outside of the 40-90 degree F temperature range
Conditions:
You must be available to take delivery of your animal on the first attempt or live arrival cannot be guaranteed. It would be appreciated if you contacted us when you receive your animal. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen carrier or weather related issues.
Please report any issues within 72 hours of delivery and refunds/exchanges will be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline any sale that we feel is not in the best interest of the animal.
You must be 18 or have parental permission to purchase our animals.
